Multi-camera package with live switching
This package includes multiple stationary professional HD cameras, stream time up to 90 minutes, and more. Inquire about the details for a customized package based on your requirements. Includes cell bonded internet to broadcast anywhere there is cell coverage. Multi-camera package starting at $1695.
One camera package
This package includes a single stationary professional HD camera, professional grade lavalier wireless mics, video encoder, professional grade LRT cellular bonding technology to provide a reliable stream, data for multiple modems, camera operator, private webpage, hosted playback for up to six months and download of recording as it broadcasted.

Zoom integration or remote presenters for interactive event for additional fee starting at $500. Price is determined based on learning client’s event requirements.
For our on-site lives stream service, we service Manhattan, Bronx, Brooklyn, and Queens. There is an additional travel fee for any location outside of our service area or more than 1 hour from 11372. When Virtual ZeeJay charges travel time, the client will be informed before the event is scheduled.
vMix Ops Streaming Producer
We can provide a dedicated vMix virtual producer to create your run of show, display graphics and lower thirds, play video, switch camera angles and host a thought leadership or interview panel discussion with remote panelists. Client to provide assets. Inquire to learn more.

Pre or Post Production
Pre or post-production is for any work related to setting up digital assets or any follow up with the delivery of assets for your virtual event as well as any video editing that may be required. As a general guideline simple video edits average two hours of editing for every hour of finished video footage while fast cuts that require heavy editing average two hours per minute of video. We can service funerals and wedding on-site live streams on short notice subject to availability. Due to the logistics, planning, and work involved with virtual weddings, we are only able to accept engagements that are booked in advance.
To reserve a date, the remote production packages require a $200 deposit or on-site packages require 50% deposit due at the time of booking and the balance due seven days before the event. Events less than 30 days require full payment at contract signing. We accept major credit cards.
